Meet Baked Bri

Hi, I’m Bri! 👋


I’m the baker, decorator, and creative heart behind Baked Bri Cookie Co. By day, I work full-time in marketing — but by night (and weekends) you’ll find me covered in flour and food coloring, bringing Baked Bri Cookie Co. to life. What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into something bigger: a way to connect with people and make their most meaningful moments a little sweeter.

Baked Bri is my passion project, fueled by late-night piping sessions, color palettes that make my heart sing, and the joy of seeing someone light up when they open a box of cookies made just for them. Every order is personal to me — whether it’s for a milestone celebration or simply a “thinking of you” surprise.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me…

  • Spending time with my husband and our two golden retrievers, Galway and Vino

  • Traveling whenever I can — from seaside New England towns to cobblestone streets in Europe

  • Indulging my love of TV and movies (I’m always up for a rewatch of a comfort classic) 

  • Behind a camera as an amateur photographer, especially capturing ballet dancers — one of my favorite creative outlets beyond cookies 🩰

Baked Bri is more than just cookies — it’s a piece of me that I get to share with you. I’m endlessly grateful to everyone who’s let me be part of their story, and I can’t wait to see where this sweet little adventure goes next.
